With each trial I face, maintaining calm peace has become a daily required necessity in order to succeed on this journey. I’ve learned that calm peace takes more faith and focus, than frenzied worry and doubt. Calm peace requires discipline, focus, and determination. It takes unmovable, unshakeable, unbreakable faith/trust in God’s Word.
When the fierce storms of life come, stop, take a breath…and remember Jesus on the boat with His disciples. He was so calm in His response: Peace, Be Still…and the wind stopped and there was a great calm. Just like that.
Deep breaths, my friend. God’s Got This. As much as we think we have it all figured out, we don’t — and life makes us very aware of this on a daily basis.
So let it go. Find your calm peace on the waters of life. Be the ship that floats along, unmoved by what’s going on around you. Know. Trust. Believe. Keep the faith.
