The enemy wants you to worry.
Ever listen to a worrier?
My yard is so wet, is this rain ever going to stop? (looks out the window…worries)
…
Everything is so dry, will we ever get any rain? (looks out the window…worries)
A worrier has to have a worry to worry about. Rain or no rain, they choose to worry about rain. They’re so focused on their worry, they can’t see that God provided exactly what was needed in the forecast that day.
When you focus on your worry, you’re not focused on God. The enemy seizes that weak-moment to twist and manipulate God’s word/direction in your life. If he can shine a spotlight on your worry, he knows you’ll focus on what you don’t have (instead of what you do have)–negative attention is still attention.
Watch what you’re ‘wishing for’ … worry, defeat, failure, lack–none of these are from God. Start ‘wishing for’ victory, success, abundance, favor! Amen! If God is for you, who can be against you?! Give thanks for what God has provided, and continues to provide in your life! Amen!

“And now, dear brothers and sisters, one final thing. Fix your thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable–if anything is excellent or praiseworthy–think about such things.”
